Niamh created and led the first play therapy projects available in school settings, this has allowed this approach become more accessible to the children who need it most. Niamh provides safe experiences and enviroments for children, of which encourages their own specific journey for healing and growth. Over the years, Niamh has completed additional training in a range of therapeutic approaches and evidence-based parenting programmes.
Outside of the therapy room, Niamh has always loved nature. A number of years ago, Niamh discovered mindfulness, experiencing this as a natural companion to her love of the outdoors.
