Get prepared for a treat to remember at Soearth Projects ! The morning begins with a springtime walk through acres of some of the most biodiverse farmlands in County Kildare. Organic Farmer Stephen Morrison will guide you through the native Irish woodlands and wetlands of Hartwell Farm, where you will get to experience an awesome chorus of birdsong during the most enchanting time of the year. Later you will return to Soearth Studio where you will enjoy a full gourmet style breakfast, masterly created by Caomhán de Brí from The Salt Project.
