Summer Foraging & Buffet Event

Soearth Projects are hosting a Foraging & Evening Buffet on the stunning Estate of Hartwell, Kill, Co.Kildare. Our experienced facilitators will guide and share new & fascinating insights through organic & biodiverse farm lands. This may include (dependent on seasonal fluctuations) tasty finds such as elderberry, blackberries, bramble leaf, nettles, dandelions, rosehips, jelly ear, watercress, hawthorn leaves, wood sorrel, mushrooms and a multitude of flower buds ! Later we will enjoy a gourmet style buffet hosted in our purpose built venue. The menu will include savoury & sweet foraged and locally produced culinary treats.
