Foraging and Dining Experience

We are excited to run our next foraging and Dining Event on the 16th of September at Soearth Projects, Kill, Co.Kildare in Collaboration with the The Salt Project. This will include a guided walk (covering 300 plus arces), foraging and dining experience. Stephen Morrison (farmland owner) will take you through forested and richly biodiverse parts of the farm, aspects of nature will be explored and presented on the day. Foraging will include the picking of berries, herbs, mushrooms and watercress and what ever else mother nature has to offer !

Caoimhan de Bri of The Salt Project will prepare a mouthwatering five course spread using in-season ingredients from fresh & local produce and some of the foraging finds of the day.
