Foraging Day

Our foraging days offer a unique experience for nature lovers and foodies.

The day commences with a walk around our 300 plus acre bio-diverse and organic farm, this will be guided by Stephen Morrison (farmer and expert in all things foraging!). Later, we will be heading back to Soearth studios where Caomhán from The Salt Project (Chef) will teach & demonstrate how you can make a delicious meal from what you have picked. Finally Caomhán will prepare a three course candle lit meal with local organic and foraged produced. Depending on the season, foods may include ingredients such as Hartwell Honey sourced from our bee hives, elder-flower wine, organic berries and herbs, field mushrooms and much much more!
